Weekly Bowls Notice 25 August – 2025

Wednesday social bowls on 13 August we had 16 players. Winners were Paul Clarke, Helen Alexander. Runners up were Marj South, Judy Hoenger, Laurie Judd. Social bowls Monday 18 August we had 10 players. Winners were Carol Farr-Wharton. Runners up were Ken House, Geoff Monley. Social Bowls played every Monday and Wednesday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.

Major-Minor Boxed Pairs. Marj South, Laurie Judd defeated Claude McFayden, Peter Ahoy 22-7. Sammi Robinson, Tom Inman defeated Bruce Wadleigh, Matt Fletcher 20-18.

Rosie Fuller and Steve Fuller are rostered on for Friday night’s 100 Club raffle.

Due to renovations, we no longer have a Bowls information area. Weekly Bowls Notice and Draw(s) will be placed on the temporary wall close to the Bar. All Bowls draws and information will also be kept in a folder at Reception. Please ensure you come into the Club and check this folder regularly to see when you are set down to play/mark. Information is also available on the Club’s website and Facebook page.
