Weekly Bowls Notice 15 May, 2023

Monday Social Bowls we had 18 bowlers. Winners were Victor Ng and John Waters. Runners up were Stuart Cooper and Paul Clarke.

Social Bowls played every Monday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.

Results for games played over the weekend. Open Singles, Mal Potts defeated Dale Smith 26-16.

Chris Moy defeated Rosie Fuller 25-10. Minor Singles, Paul Wadleigh defeated Jan Swanson 31-13.

The following games have been set down for Saturday 20 May commencing at 10.00am. Open Singles – Andrew Carey plays Michael Coombes, marker Elsie Clarke. Minor Singles – Paul Wadleigh plays Bruce Wadleigh, marker Jan Swanson. Best of luck to Lindsay McIntyre and Steve Fuller who are off to Tamworth this weekend to play in the Zone State Singles at South Tamworth Bowling Club. A reminder to all bowlers that it will cost you $5 per event that you have entered in the Club Championships, payable to the Games Manager, Mal Potts on the day of play.
