Weekly Bowls Notice 22 May, 2023

Monday Social Bowls we had 17 bowlers. Winners were Elfie Brunner and Des Schuman.

Runners up were Fred Swanson and Mal Turner.

Social Bowls played every Monday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.

Results for games played over the weekend. Open Singles, Michael Coombes defeated Andrew Carey 25-13.

Minor Singles, Paul Wadleigh defeated Bruce Wadleigh 31-15.

 The following games have been set down for Saturday 27 May commencing at 1.00pm. Minor Pairs – Cahill McIntyre, Andrew Carey play Brian Charter, Chris Moy. Sunday 28 May commencing at 10.00am. Open Singles – Bruce Wadleigh plays Terry Ogilvie, marker Richard Kembrey. Rosie Fuller plays Cahill McIntyre, marker Laurie Williams.

 A reminder to all bowlers that it will cost you $5 per event that you have entered in the Club Championships, payable to the Games Manager, Mal Potts on the day of play.
