Weekly Bowls Notice 8 September – 2025

Wednesday social bowls on 3 September we had 14 players. Winners were Claude McFayden, John Waters, Marj South. Runners up were Campbell Schubert, Carol Farr-Wharton. Social bowls Monday 8 September we had 13 players. Winners were Marie Knight, John Waters. Runners up were Joe Lankester, Elfie Brunner, Paul Clarke. Social Bowls played every Monday and Wednesday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.

Due to the Thunderbolt Triples Carnival in Uralla this coming weekend, no bowls have been set down. 

The annual Richie Clutterbuck Memorial 3 Bowl Open Pairs is coming up on 11 and 12 October. Total Prizemoney is $8000. Entries for the first 32 teams, reserve teams will go on reserve list.

Due to renovations, we no longer have a Bowls information area. Weekly Bowls Notice and Draw(s) will be placed on the temporary wall close to the Bar. All Bowls draws and information will also be kept in a folder at Reception. Please ensure you come into the Club and check this folder regularly to see when you are set down to play/mark. Information is also available on the Club’s website and Facebook page.
