Weekly Bowls Notice 31 July, 2023

Monday Social Bowls we had 12 players. Winners were Elfie Brunner and John Waters. Runners up were Pam McFayden and John Lankester.

Social Bowls played every Monday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.

Results from the weekends games. Open Singles. Laurie Williams defeated Chris Moy 25-15. Major Singles. Steve Fuller defeated Bill Dexter 25-11. Major Pairs. Kyle Brodbeck, Terry McMillan defeated Paul Bullen, Todd Fuller 23-22.

Minor Triples. Claude McFayden, Brad White, Victor Ng defeated Brian Charter, Terry Ogilvie, Andrew Carey 25-15.

Due to the Zone Mens State Triples, Open Triples and Senior Triples being played here this coming weekend, no club games have been set down.

Good luck to Lindsay McIntyre, Paul Bullen and Gavin Latham who are bowling in the Zone Mens State Triples here at the club over the weekend.

Come on down to the club and watch some great bowls. All Bowls Fees must have been paid by now, if not, you are not allowed to bowl in any club games, Zone or State games.

A reminder to all bowlers that it will cost you $5 per event that you have entered in the Club Championships, payable to the Acting Games Manager, Rosie Fuller on the day of play. Entries for Zone Mens State Pairs, Open Pairs, Reserve Pairs close on 2nd August through Bowlslink.
