Weekly Bowls Notice 3 April, 2023

Monday Social Bowls we had 15 bowlers. Winners were Ken House, Paul Clarke, Brad White.

Runners up John Lankester, Michael Gordon, John Waters.

Social Bowls played every Monday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.

Congratulations to Werris Creek for winning the Grade 7 Open Pennant Zone Finals, they are now off to State later on in the year to play at Northmead/Dundas.

Entries are now open for Mens State Singles, Mens Senior Singles and Open Reserve Singles, register on Bowlslink by 24 April.

Sunday 23 April starting at 1.00pm Mixed Pairs – Marj South, Steve Fuller play Betty Charter, Gavin Latham.

Draws for Major Fours, Major Triples, Minor Fours, Minor Triples Club Championships will be going up on the Bowls Notice Board this week.

Club games will start being set down over the weekend of 29 and 30 April.

The Armidale City Bowling Club will be hosting a BPL Cup Preliminary round on Sunday 7 May, 9.30am start. 2 sets of 5 ends, 1 end tie-breaker if required, teams of 3 or 4 players, playing 2-bowl triples.
