Weekly Bowls Notice 15 April, 2024

Social Bowls today, we had 12 players turn up. Winners were Judy Hoenger and Brad White. Runners up were Peter McLeish and Ken House. Social Bowls played every Monday, names in by 12.30pm for a 12.45pm start by phoning the club on 6772 5666.

There will be no games set down for this coming weekend due to Round 5 of Pennants.  An updated list of Pennant Teams has been posted next to the noticeboard. Please check teams carefully, as changes have been made. The next round of Pennants, Grade 2 have the bye. Grade 6, Saturday 20 April in Moree against Moree. Grade 7, Saturday 20 April at home, against Bendemeer.  

A bus has been organised to take Grade 6 out to Moree, please meet at the club no later than 6.45am, bus is leaving at 7.00am. A reminder to all bowlers that it will cost you $5 per event that you have entered in the Club Championships, payable to the Games Manager, Rosie Fuller on the day of play. There are quite a few bowlers who haven’t paid their money yet, please do so as soon as possible.
