We welcome visitors to Armidale situated in beautiful New England. You will find us in Dumaresq Street, only a short walk from the CBD of Armidale.
Our Club has recently undergone a renovation and expansion programme which have provided us with facilities second to none.
We offer you all you could desire - fine dining in our restaurant, live entertainment, TAB and Keno operations as well as award winning facilities.
Our Club has long been regarded as an industry leader and on June the 5th, in front of 1500 people at the Sydney Convention centre, this was reinforced with the Armidale City Bowling Club dominating the ClubsNSW awards for excellence.
The Club took home Best Club Keno, Outstanding Club Governance and Innovation, Encouragement of Amateur Sport and Highly Commended in Outstanding Human Resources.
The pinnacle of the night saw the Club awarded the Winner of the Best Small Club in NSW. This capped a great night and resulted in the Club winning more awards then any other in the state as well as allowing us to add another Club of the Year Award to go with our 2005 triumph.
The Management and Board of Directors of the Armidale City Bowling Club would like to thank all its patrons for their support that has allowed the Club achieve such a high level of success. Members should be proud to be considered in such esteemed industry company.

A special thanks must be given to the support from our members for the result we have achieved in tha last financial year. We are a small Club that continues to strive for excellence above our means. The Board has been able to increase it’s commitment to community organisations and sporting groups throughout our region to ober $63094.00 for 2009 which reinforces the club’s mission to be seen to advance the development of the Armidale community, with a particular emphasis on educational and sporting organisations and the disadvantaged.
Members can peruse the annual report from the hyperlink below and see that the club is in a very sound financial position. All major income sources have shown very pleasing increases and the Board have kept close control on expenses. The club has proceeded with improvements and renovations over the past twelve months. The Board has remained focused on providing members and guests with the highest quality of service and facilities while maintaining value for money.
I feel it would be very irresponsible of me not to advise members that the next year could be the most challenging in our history and that the good business practices that your Board has put in place must be adhered to.
As CEO of this remarkable club I would like to thank all Board and Staff members and I appreciate the friendship and loyalty that has been shown to me by members during 2009, all members can be very proud of the success of our club which has been achieved as a result of your fantastic support.
